flol this programme was hilarious. The editing was brilliant. Made the Americans look like complete tards with Theroux (sp?) questions, and then make Theroux look the same with his leaking wounds on the bed.
That German born bloke had spent £25k ($50k) on his surgery. And looked like what I'd achieve in a gym twice a week.

It looked rubbish because it was fake. All I mean is I could pay about £200 gym membership, go for 6 months, achieve what he wanted, but looking better and for a fraction of the price.
