had a bad cough and sore throat and a cold for about a week and a bit now. i smoke aswell, which is not the best of things to do with sore threat and bad cough, but, cant just not smoke. so, i developed an idea whereby id take halls southers so i could still enjoy them lovely smokes. i buy a packet a day while im off in the van and eat them

ive noticed every night since i started doing this ive had some very watery type explosions of poo. is this linked to the illness, or more to the halls southers?

smoke some menthol ciggys, stilll have the nicotine , just lighter and dosnt leave a bad taste!
