Ive had it with part of one I couldnt get out (well, thought I got it all but obviously didnt!)
Hurt like hell for a bit but then stopped after a few days. I wasnt scared though as new all the science behind it and told this Jill...hence she knew what to post up here

I had to learn it for my job cosmopolitan, and that's the non technical/scientific version (user friendly)
