im wanting to buy a strut brace for the tigra from strutbracer.co.uk for when i put the 2.0 in the tigra. so do i just buy one made for the 1.4-1.6 tigra??

Also noticed you must no that road down to dunshalt or summin pretty well, you were doing a good speed

Can't see that you'd get a 1.4/1.6, as it needs to fit over the 2.0, which ever one you get.

My strut brace on my 2.0 fitted my 1.4 16v.
Check the clearence over the top of the inlet manifold. If theres a large gap, chances are it'll fit the 2.0 (Just need to clear the Ecotec Pipe/Powercap of the 2.0).

cant get my strut brace of my 14 16v to fit my red top. as the intake pipe is in the way

most 1.4 or 1.6 16v ones will fit over 2L!
the one i have will, see fro's garage!

My old SPARCO polished one wouldn't have fitted my 2.0. The X bar sat just over the inlet. It wouldn't even fit over a Mantzel box...
But my HP Raid sits about 2" higher, and doesn't even touch the Ecotec Pipe on my 2.0
