you can set a start date and time if thats what you mean yeah.

i mean, i wanna put some stuff on ebay but put it on ebay tomorrow as its cheaper, is there a uploader to do this?

They charge you more for time delayed auctions

You can draw ther listing up then save it though, then just open it and start it tomorrow at the cheap rate.
