so 80 to rub down all the scuffs then use the less harsh paper to get it smoother, 120 to take the shiny finish off the paint before sprayin?

And best to take it back to metal or theres more chance of the paint reacting when sprayed

I used a drill with a 3m attacthment on to get it down to bare metal but obviously not chunks out of it, then i used 600,800 and 1200 wet and dry mostly.
after priming a bit more 1200 but wet to get it super smooth.

or you could go to halfords and get a pack of 80's 120's 320's at £1.99 a go (containing 4 sheets each)and having more paper and save yourself £4

No point when you don't need that many sheets, £4 isn't going to be the end of the world
