right long story short van backed into my car i got it on cctv cracked my bumper i want it repaired as you would
so its his fault but will i lose my no claims bonus?

If you have the CCTV evidence then I doubt it. If you didn't then he could easily claim you went into the back of him and it'd be 100% your fault.

If you can track him and go through his insurance, no.
If you have to go through your insurance, yes.

i got his name and company name etc driver licence number it was a company van so it would be fleet insurance i would of thought but yeah i got the cctv on a cd and on my comp as proof and a witness too just dont want to lose my ncb and to be honest i think im going to claim my repair bill back through un insured losses cause they want 450 for my excess and the bumper aint worth that
