went to renew my tax yesterday and the V11 is showing my old registration and not my new personalised reg which was tranferred in August

I cannot get hold of anyone at the DVLA (all lines are busy and there is not queue system in place, and they do not except incoming emails)

Not sure what to do as my tax exired today

can't you do it online? i assume the V11 is the thing they automatically send out to renew your tax? May need to go to your local dvla office to do it
