The scrapyard/breakers/Ebay is your friend - more so local breakers as you can have a look at them before you buy them.

Should be able to get a decent set of 14/15"s with tyres for £100 though . Just make sure your insurer isn't going to have a seizure, or try and take a kidney to put them on the policy.
