Im thinking about investing in a dbilas Throttle body, any one think its worth spendin £1000???????? also its kickinout 135bhp on rollin road, thinkin about puttin cam's in it aswell! ant shore wether 2 spend money on corsa or buyin another car?

the rolling road reading you have is a load of shit, as it is from Well Lane so forget that power figure for the time being as the modifications you are looking at will just about get you that figure.

but with regards to the throttle bodies, you would be better off getting Jenvey, or a similar good quality make, as you wont get a great gain with the Dbilas throttle bodies as opposed to just having a DBilas inlet manifold.

i would probably recommend just getting an aftermarket inlet, cams, exhaust manifold and a proper remap at VSport or Jamsport or somewhere else that is reputable. you should see around 140ish bhp with that i think.

if you are after much more power than that then you are starting to look at big money that would be better spent on a different car or engine transplant.

that was my friend talking last night an i dont know why he said he has 135 bhp he got a read out for 122 so he lying out of his arse

will house-- your saying that with these mods you will see 140 bhp ish, well i have exactly the same mods on my gsi an mine was RR at 140 an every one said it was bollox. so whats all that about?
