Well duh, Normal tv at a HDTV resolution is going to look shit on any hdtv James

Unless you go for something which has a stupidly large resolution as standard, or possibly a plasma..

I've just bought the 40" model of this TV, I use to have the 32" R74 (older model). It does everything I want, normal TV picture isn't great but Sky is quite good, hopefully getting Sky HD soon.

When I was looking around for the 40" I found the 32" for £460, can't remember where though but I used pricerunner.co.uk to find the cheapest ones.

Yeh I've seen it cheaper but this is the most reputable company that have it for the cheapest price.

All the cheaper places were like independent TV shops.

James, I've just had a look on pricerunner and the cheapest company was 24/7 Electrical, they're the ones I bought mine from and I found them very good. They sent me an email to confirm the order and then sent me another one with a tracking number once they had sent it out. It was delivered 2 days after I ordered it so pretty good service.

Drax, this is a pic of my old 32":

And this is the new 40":

I like that Arnie, Have any problem flat mounting it like that? The walls in the new house are all plasterboard rubbish.

Nah not at all, was very easy. Not sure what it would be like mounted on plasterbored though, the wall mine is mounted to is one of the outside walls.

One that's been bought and taken back to the shop. I.E. it's in brand new condition, but it's classed as second hand so you can get a better TV for the money
