The sport would win with those mods. Standard for standard though the VTR would win.

My VTR has a 4-2-1 BMC CDA Runs on Tesco 99 ron whoop whoop

I have beat 2 seperate 1.6 sports all be it on a twisty road with a straight of about 60 MPH

also various Zetec S feistas MG ZRs and many rep boxes

They are quick from a standing start the 8 extra valves in the sport would make up the difference when the speed gathers im sure

I'm not to keen on Saxo's tbh every other 1 is a VTR!!!

Fair enough though round about the same speed as a 1.6 Sport and cheaper Insurance and better MPG so ummm yeh

standard for standard ph2 VTR they are pretty equal, regardless to what people think, the power, statistics, weight and power to weight all point to them being equal
