Good colour match with that, just make sure you use grey primer & lacquer.

i can the one on the left is miles out

i work for halfords, paint is tricky, the stuff premade in the cans is pretty close match
the stuff thats mixed up is a pretty good match given that you have the right code and the system is correct.

it isnt always 100% in my experience,
but for 1 companty to cover every single paint type is a pretty tall order tbh

even if you were lucky to get one that matched i still wouldnt use it on a bumper or wing or anything like that, purely due to the quality of the paint

You need to get the right shade. Seeing as a lot of colours come in several shades and Halfords don't seem to do different shades of the same colours you aren't going to get a match. Expecially if you go in and pick the paint up off the shelf without even checking the colour chips for the right shade.

Same here. The closest and best match i've found of Glacier is from my local car spares place. Halfords stuff is a dark creamy colour.
