i'd eliminate the diesel golf, and the black/blue clio, it would have to be liquid yellow for me if i bought a clio

depends what you want the car for,
clio for track days, country lanes
astra/leon good all round performance, comfy and will preform well to tunning. aslo both these cars look spot on imo
Golf, umm well imo the only advatage over the others mentioned is fuel

Far too wide a choice there TBH.
Sounds like you don't really know what type of performance you actually LIKE.Without sounding like your dad it takes a while and a few cars under your belt to figure it out.

if it was me, and this is just me. Id eliminate the clio altogether and get either the golf or the astra, maybe the leon.
tbh id have the golf coz it is really comfy lol and leather is a bonus. thats imo only tho

Golf is the most practical choice and probably what I 'd go for as an everyday car out of them

I'd go for the golf. So comfy, nice to drive, german engineering.
Seriously thinking of getting on myself.......

Without admitting to breaking the law...... Are you a fast driver?
I have test driven all of the above over the last couple of years when I have been looking at new cars....... If you were looking at getting from point a to point b as quickly and as safely as possible I would choose the clio. Imo the clio would be the most enjoyable car to drive hard.
If your doing lots of motorway driving then I would go for the astra or the seat.... seat would probably be my chice,.
I wouldnt bother with the golf-- but thats just my opinion-- I didntlike it much when I drove it and its expensive for what it is.

I voted for Cupra R.
I think its the best looking out of all listed.
I agree with Dr.pepper the golfs are expensive for what they are.

Clio if you want a drivers car. Astra or Leon if you want refined performance and the Golf if you want economy.

Seems odd to have a diesel Golf and 3 petrol cars
I'd say Golf (if it was petrol) then Leon, then Clio, then Astra.
