just out of intrest, know the selling party so theres no doubt there, but what happens when you buy the car, fill the v5 out, but don't recive it back ???

and yes its deffinatley been sent

contact DVLA ?, form to fill in ?

providing you filled in the new keepers bit and you've got that. You can get a form. cant rembember which one it is now and send off all the parts and its free and they send you a replacment V5. I had to do this with thundercorsa

If you dont ave the new keepers bit i think it costs £25

Contact the DVLA and request a new one, doesn't cost anything, I think you might have to fill in a form, but not sure which, they'll be able to tell you though.
