Tyres are SS Federal 195/45 16. Suspension is FK silverline, wound down about halfway. They tyres catch under very heavy cornering, or under large large potholes/bumps.

Should they catch? Is it the 'shape' of the tyres as theyre v square edged. Do I need to chop some bits? lmao (front arches btw)

Is it not just catching on the arch liner? Could try trimming that first

just leave it, it will adventually rub enough of the arch off so it doesn't catch.

LOL, that's what I thought. I've trimmed the arch liner so we'll see how much more it wears away. I just dont want it to take huge chunks out of the tyre thats all, it's already making a mark; I can't tell whether its actually touching the metal or not.
