Dont worry about it Richard, these things happen, something like this happening on the same route within months is highly unlikely.

Less likely to happen to you now then.

BBC news were saying that the Britons had survived earlier?

Officials in Thailand say Britons were among scores killed in a plane crash in Phuket. This has not been confirmed by UK officials.

I only flew from that airport 2 weeks ago and I have to fly back there in another 2 weeks. I was on an A320 and there were 14 passengers on board out of a total 130 or something crazy.

A1EX lives in Phuket, thats who I was staying with before I left.

Its not put me off flying to or from there mind you.

What with that and the house im in shaking to bits when there was that big earthquake in Indonesia the other day.

Why do I feel like these things are chasing me!

I've done that flight, very short one from Bangkok Sad story though, a pilot performing a 2nd word war dog fight was also killed on Saturday in front of 20,000 at the Shoreham air show near me
