ok as you may have seen i had a bit of a prang before. the car i went into the back of was an 07 plate Toyota Avensis. We swapped details there and then and nothing else was said done apart from check we were both ok. I can guarantee he will make a claim against me.

I currently have 4 years ncb and should have been claiming my 5th at the end of the month. I can protect it after 5 years but if the claim goes through before my renewal date then will i loose my NCB?

have just spoke to the guy now and fiar play he is really understanding about my position. It is, unfortunately, a company vehicle but he has told me the bloke who looks after the cars and insurance etc is a sound bloke and will possibly let me pay off my own back instead of going through insurance. I will know mid week for definate though.

If worst comes to worst, loosing 2 years isnt as bad as the whole lot i suppose
