Am i right i thinking that i dont need to take any documents with me to my MOT?

all i need for a mot is the last 6 digits of the chassais number and reg number dont need the old certificate as it dates on automaticly

Dont mean to hi-jack but i have a quick MOT question.

Do my rear seats have to be fitted to pass an MOT? Bearing in mind its a "5 seater"
