Burnt my wire out that connects to the iso block the car side and it runs directly to this block on my steering collum what wire is it and whats it doing? easily fixed? i think its either red or red and black?

ISO block, as in stereo?
Coming from the ignition coloum i'd say its the ignition live for the stereo?

yeah its the block you connect your stero into on your car, the wire then makes a strate run the that block, so is this just the power cable that when i turn the ignition on turns the radio on, if i get rid of it and run a wire strate from the battery to the radio will it be ok or is it for some think else to, can i just replace the whole wire?
