I get this as well, but my brakes are quite spongey all the time. Hoping a fluid change and bleed will help it.

Had a full car on the weekend, and had to push the pedal quite far to stop properly! Still brakes fine tho.

In that case the fluid is FU***Ded If the fluid ot that hot it now needs changer and go for the highest DOT rating you can get.
Then problem solved.

might even of cooked your pads 2 and your shoes, they glase over when they get hot n cool down, thats why drilled and groove discs were made. if you already have d4g discs then you really are giving it some shoe!!!

fully quailified thank you, but doesn't mean i no every thing

as for a the pedal, which i though went soft then, once cooled down would go back to normal, BUT has stayed soft, meaning somehow it got air in the brake fluid doing my ragging session, so going to have to bleed all the brakes now

Air gets into the fluid when you ragg the car and break hard which boils the brakes. the WHOLE system of fluid needs changing for a higher DOT spec otherwise you are wasting your time and money
