is it possible to poach a few bits from the cdti to convert 4 stud to 5 ?

would be poss yeah..but ud have to do a rear disc conversion as iirc the 1.7 doesnt have rear discs!

surely thats just a case of getting a whole rear beam and swapping it over then?

But if stavs has what i think he has he would lose his rear disc brakes.

yeh thats what i was saying, dervs dont have rear discs so would have to install the derv rear hub, then do a disc conversion...HASSLE

mk4 astra rear disks corsa c cdti front hubs then i think you could get away with astra vxr disks and calipers

no the cdti doent come with rear disk which i found very odd j100 idea sounds good though im not sure what would be involved in changing the rear stuff over.

IMO just buy a cdti
