As my car is a write off, I'm now getting it repaired. I'm buying the parts..

Will I need standard headlights etc to pass the vehicle test?

Or will Depo's suffice?

AFAIK the vic test just checks the true identity of the car. not the quality of repairs or mods etc.

Ahhh right. So... It checks that no bit's are stolen and that? Or am I misunderstood?

Makes sure chassis numbers are correct with log book etc i believe, but i could be wrong so could be worth seeing what other people say or having a look on google.

Ok ta mate, just didn't know whether I could buy Depo's etc for it.

I take it Depo's pass the MOT so it doesn't matter...?
