Just thought of this whilst i was on the toilet...

If you were riding a bike, and you suddenly lose consciousness, then you swerve into oncoming traffic and have an accident.
Who does the car driver claim off? Their own insurance?

what type of bike lol.

if its a insured motor bike then they would claim of the bikes insurance surely? why wouldn't they lol.

To put another twist on things, what if the driver only has third party cover?

When I was young and I got knocked down off my bmx, the guy claimed off my folks house insurance, i'm sure. He needed a new bonnet

only come house insurance will cover that sort of thing though, if its not covered then the guy can either go after you personally to pay for it (abdus might beable to comment on this better) or claim on his own.

True, and when they reach my retina I won't be able to see my face anymore, which is a bonus.
