I have a problem.

One, they say you'll have an answer on the car BY 22nd (today). No phonecall, no contact at all.

Two, I really really really really REALLY want a courtesy car - BADLYY. Do you think id have any luck begging? I selected no temp car when I took out the insurance, but really shouldnt have done. Meh

Help please!
