My brothers (Now B3KAN's) old car car had a honeycomb grille, and it didnt have a gap.

Mines was a Kamei and fitted correctly, the grill on yours looks better than standard but the gap really lets it down IMHO.

Grill looks alright with the gap.. i recon extend the bonnet, and get rid of the eyebrows...
