a mate of mine had a mk3 astra 1.8gsi, does any one no if it was an x18 or c18? it was an Lreg.

They didnt make a 1.8 GSi Astra Mk3. The GSi was a 2.0 16v (c20xe)

they did a 1.8 ecotec and a 2 litre and the redtop 2ltr dont think there was a 1.8 redtop

it was a limited edition in blue/purple, it wouldnt have been an ecotec as it was a 93 gsi

I thought the last of the line mk3 gsi's were 1.8's
Remember reading something along those lines in tv
Drives supercharged Tec with torque
