As much as I loved the looks of my five door Corsa it just wasn't powerful enough and no fun to drive. Plus, insurance renewal was coming up and I had no job and no cash. I sold the Corsa to a lad via Piston Heads, and used the money from that to buy and insure this as a run around until I move to Barcelona in January..





It's a 1996 1.6 XS. It's been lowered 40 all round, has black angel eye headlights, tints, wind deflectors, and GAY mirrors. I've done nothing to it so far and I'm not going to play with it too much, nor put any money into it. Just going to get standard mirrors and maybe space out the lil 14s.

I'll get some more pics when it stops raining.

love 306's. my dturbo was the mutts.

reckon id only have one if it was a dtrubo or gti-6 though. that looks god for a runabout though

Cheers, yeah always wanted an all black stealthy car.

Compared to my Corsa, this is lightning fast and so comfortable

I'm debating doing them myself on the cheaps while I have no job, but don't want to run the risk of fucking them up.. So I'll probably just leave it for now.

Originally, the car was on a set of Gold Alessio 16s but the previous owner buggered one up and it's buckled. He's given them to me too but I'm just gonna flog them and keep the money towards Barcelona.

I like that actually and i'm normally not a big fan of 306's... wheels could maybe do with a refurb in black or get something on the cheap from ebay in black then it'd be

Got the standard mirrors on now, and some fresh plates. I just gave it a quick rinse and took some photos (just off my phone so nothing spesh)..

i hope u smashed the mirrors into little pieces...shame its only a runaround wudnt look too bad with sum 15/16s on it...nice and clean frenchie lol

glad to hear u finally sold the 5 door, although a shame we're unlikely to see it again, its been sed but it was a beautiful example.

new car looks v smooth! hope its more fun to drive than the 12v!

Cheers Fonz, it's a lot more fun than the 12v.. Not just fun, I can actually drive it without becoming stressed.
