I have just text the number which gives your information regarding your car direct from DVLA. Thought I'd give it a go just in case there was something wrong.
Now, When I bought the car he advertised 2 previous owners on both piston heads & in person. According to the text service, Its had 6!
I'm just wondering if theres anything I should worry about.. Or was it just a general mistake?

Havn't checked to be fair, Didn't think of that 
Could it be a bad buy if it did say 6? (Well, 5) Or, Just a general mistake? (Going to look at it now)

If it says more on the V5 than the bloke said, the chances are it was an intentional error.
People are dishonest when it comes to selling cars, it's rare to find someone who tells the complete truth.
That's quite a major lie though 
But if the car is ok, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Going to be chasing things up more next time I buy for sure. Hes hidden one thing, Whats to say he isn't hiding another. (Had the clutch go the day after I bought it)
