rite have ground out of subs in the boot so stripping th back out but how do you get rite of sound proofing like how do i get it up?

lol at above. When i did my mates i just pulled it all off and chucked it away, then spent many hours with petrol getting all the sticky off etc. Took a long time and i went through about a box of paracetamol whilst doing it because of the petrol fumes but was worth it. He said the car still stunk a week later even with driving round with the windows down. Im sure there has to be something not quite so stinky to take the sticky off, like nail varnish remover or something, but thats expensive as hell apparently.

put the petrol in lite it and leave it,
no joking, petrol or thinners should do it, but get a sharp blade and get under neath but dont go into paintwork
