Feel ill today Don't know why

Don't think it's beer thats caused it, as I didn't drink loads last night. Don't think it was food either as I cooked & I know it was done right. Just feel really dodgy

So, cures for feeling ill anyone?

Matt its a herbel remedy which is good for when your not feeling well, cures the fucking flu i tell thee.

Need to go to health shop or tescos etc to get it and its tastes like soil
