Was doing 40mph today along a road which usually is 40, but noticed at the last moment right by the speed camera due to roadworks the speed limit had gone down to 30mph, slammed on the brakes as I went past the camera but think I was still doing 35mph through it, didn't see a flash though so just wondering if you always def see the flash and im in the clear or maybe I just missed the flash, Cheers.

wouldnt of thought they would have adjusted a permanent speed camera just for some roadworks, i bet the camera is still set for 40

plus doing 35mph on your dials would only be like 31ish in real time (due to over-reading).
find one of those signs that tell you how fast your going or get satnav/road angel etc that shows terminal speed and you'll see what i mean
