i get the feeling i am missing a bit of my rear wiper assembly or something

this is what i have and how its fitted






and the rubber bit its loose. someone pelase guide me

hhmm maybe putting washers in? to pull the motor bit back and lessen the gap?

that doesn't look like a standard rear wiper..... isn't one of a punto or anything is it?

or are my eyes just getting worse lol!
