Yay

They have been absoloutely brilliant for me and very very helpfull.

ALso to all those saying about claiming, they are the broker not the insuracne company so it has more to do with which ins company your with not them. They dont process your claim! But when i had mine they gave me all the help i needed and it was very easy and stress free.

Couldnt reccomend them enough

I was insured with adrian flux, were very cheap and helpful on the phone, but kept on badgering me for proof of tatcham and membership of car owners club, even though i sent them a couple of times.
But tbh, for the cheapness, id put up with some poop

I just moved my insurance from NU to flux. NU have been really cheap for me for the last couple of years but they have a limit of 3 mods on the policy so once the inlet & exhaust manifolds went on they wouldnt cover me. Moved to Flux & they let me have all the mods & saved me over £100 which means i paid £336 FC.
Just hope I never need to claim, altho I had to make 2 non fault claims while insured with NU & their customer service was completely crap too, had to get a solicitor to deal with it in the end as their legal team wanted me to setle 60/40 just because they couldnt be arsed to argue with the other insurance company! I dont think any insurance company actually like having to deal with claims, its just the downside to taking an extortionate ammount of money off you every year!!!
