Did you know that there are 13mm, 14mm, 16mm, 1.6mm and 18mm ones used depending on engine size?

Do if you have a 1.2 and want an upgrade you can pinch one off a 1.6

What diammeter are the whitline ARB?

I think your right hamish, thats the sizes for the rear ones, and the fronts are either 24 or 27mm IIRC..

the standard ones go through the beam do they not? the white one ones fix to the underside of the beam with U clamps

cant imagine it being easy to change an OE one.

Whitelines ones are thicker making the back of your car stiffer
