dad just bought a new camera.. went and had a play today

dont ask me what it is i dont have a clue, all i do is point it and shoot lol

created another layer same as previous.. then put rulers on (view>rulers) then measured the size i wanted coloured it in black on each side.. so you have a solid black box around the edge of your picture on its seperate layer then change its optacity
