I'm applying for a job as an assistant accountant, the job says they are ideally looking for people currently studying at uni, which i am so im guessing they fit the hours around your uni timetable

I've never actually done a cover note so im just asking if anyone can help me with what i should include, and maybe a template, or if someone doesnt mind sending me one that you've done so i can base it on that

What I tend to do is say why I'm applying and why I fit the job spec.

Give them a reason to open your CV!

Just a short handwritten note to say quickly why you'd like the job and any experience you have which isn't covered in the CV.........don't repeat stuff.
