what i wouldnt give to meet the twat who designed the 1600 corsa sport engine i have never seen an inlet manifold so crammed with plugs/pipes/nut/bolts
i am dreading having to put this nonsence back together as i have very large hands and to say its a job and a half is an understatement.

I dont think it was designed with the intention of making it easy for someone with big hands to take apart mate, like all successful car manufacturers, things are the way they are to make money!
