if you buy a good kit and its fitted properly you will not have an issue IMO.

Mine in the Astra are factory fit and don't dazzle people. The major problem with this type of headlight is that its generally fitted to stupid pimp ho cars like X5s and Q7s which have their headlights physically further from the ground, therefore to get anything like the same reach from the light you need to blind anyone closer than 50 feet away.

Mine are from Dave.A and their fine once adjusted properly. When i first fitted them the beam was very high and i still didnt get anyone flash me.

mine shine at the floor anyway cause im 60mm lower at the front than at the back,
ive just removed the bulb guards, need wait till it goes dark to see if their any better
