I still go riding alot mate, would like to go more. but mainly trails i ride. My bike cost more than my 1st car...

During term, i try to get down to glentress trails (in scottish borders) once a week with uni mates. Kind of bike do you have?

bikemagic.com would be a good place to start.

Any Specialized dealer should, in theory, be able to get you decals

I go riding a lot, bit of XC, freeriding and downhilling etc.

I'm thinking of organising a meet with the people of Corsasport but for riding

Iv got a specialized p3 and these days ride mainly trails and freeride. used to do alot of dirt jumping too but im a bit out of touch now! my bike was bog standard when i brought it and now the only original thing is the frame my local bike shop is a spesh dealer, but last time i used them they were no helpful at all. I smell a cs biking meet coming along so deano count me in bud

Yeah any specialized dealer should be able to get them for you.

failing that, get a local sign writer to knock some up.. that way u can have diff colours from standard etc

Cool good to hear people enthusiastic about a bike meet.

A good place to go would actually be Chicksands right near me (not because it's near me) but because there is something for everyone there, I know the place, so no-one should get lost etc, plus it's pretty central.

There is limited parking though. I might be able to talk to my dad who can take bikes and kit in the van, then I can take people in my car etc to save cars up there

well, ive stripped my bike down today, just need to remove the headset and its ready to be prepped for paint

I went to local specailzed dealership who are getting hold of some 2008 P3 decals for me so should look a bit different

Pics of stripping

247 crankset and profile ring

wheels off

bars/forsks/brakes, couldnt be bothered to completely pull them apart

and the frame ready to be stripped and painted. Im going to spray it a bright metalic white with black decals
