Two guys Mr Smith, and Mr Steve106GTI  live next door to each other, in identical houses.
Trying to brag about whose house is the most expensive, they both decide to get valuations from an estate agents.
So, Mr Smith gets his house valued and the estate agent tells him its worth £150k. Then, Mr Steve106GTI gets his house valued and the estate agent tells him its worth £200k.
Puzzled by this, Mr Smith asks how his identical house is worth £50k less.
"Easy", says the estate agent. "Mr Steve106GTI* doesn't live next door to a badger*."
