One of the ceramic things have come out... looks like the side that keeps it in has snapped off

my sister broke hers, she sent them back and they fixed them free of charge, even tho they were out of warrenty...

send them back to GHD. Sister breaks hers all the time and they just send her some new ones

I'm on my 3rd set, 1st two sets broke the same way, loose wires. Never heard of the plates coming off tho.

Think its because my mother keeps dropping them... I think i have managed to fix them.. ill have a go later

I'm on my third pair.

My last ones broke a couple of weeks ago. The ones before that I stood on when I was drunk and they snapped. So now I have the mk4's they are awesome.

seem to be alot more reliable from 3.1 onwards the GF has had some 3.1's for 2 years now. previous 3 sets before all expired due to the usual wireing issue.
