bought some new trainers but they hurt the backs of my legs like mad

after some good running shoes that will do for long distance running on roads

what do you suggest is worth a try? comfort and light is what I want

I have a pair of Asics something or others. They weigh FA and are the most comfortable pair of trainers ever.

ive got some nike+ trainers but havnt had chance to try em yet as ive injured my foot

asics are meant to be the best though

yeah ascs are good running shoes for the money, new balance running shoes are ok aswell.

I got asics from runners world, cant beat em mate.

I wouldnt encourage running in Astros

have a read up mate, there ok for stop start footy when your on ya toes, not for long distance running when you use the base of your foot more
