I got a 1.2 Sxi+, didn't think it was worth the 1.4 as its no quicker and couldn't really tell the difference driving it......1.2 is just a big cheaper on insurance and petrol....

Apparently the 1.4 Corsa Cs are slower than the 1.4 Corsa Bs. Someone might be able to explain that on here. Think it was Gaz that told me. I couldn't be arsed to argue at the time, was a bit hung over.

Cheaper to insure a 1.2 but not cheaper on fuel. Revs sit higher.

One of my mates has a 1.2 and see's 280 miles to a tank all motorway and my 1.4 see's 460 miles. Both a 40 litre tank running budget petrol.

To confirm that i convoyed with a few i know off Corsa C to PVS this year. They had to fill up half way home whereas i got home and run around for a few days on the original tank of fuel.

280 - that it?

I easily get 400 motorway miles, or 350 town driving......still not quite as good as your 1.4 but not as bad as that

i think you missed the point of the pic that robin posted of 15's on a corsa c

the car had been jacked up and wasn't settled back down to it's original height.

as i said before, theres a black c on here with 15'' ronal turbo's, lowered a lot, looks

Negligible difference. most of the 1.4 B's come with toys that weigh them down anyway, so theres very little diff in it - i've never noticed a diff anyway.

As for there being little diff between a 1.4 and a 1.2 - i've got a 1.4 and drove my mums 1.2 sxi the other day. there may only be 15bhp diff, but it was certainly noticable when I tried to drive my moms how I drive mine (throttle pedal movements, and gear usage etc).

between the B and C there really isn't much in the speed/acceleration. On my private race track There hasn't been anything in it tbh

get a B, so much nicer and C's are over priced for what you get.

1.4 16v Sport, 88bhp (ish). Nippy enough for what they are and with the money you save you can buy some nice sublte mods to make is nice
