Ive ate too much today
Going to have to wait a good couple of hours before gym. It's back day today, deadlifts make me feel sick even on a good day!

I love the training, it's the other 23 hours a day that are a pain i.e eating every 2-3 hours. Plus it's good for depression, training releases a chemical in the brain that makes you feel good... or something

legs is ok for me, esp as no one else bothers using the leg press machine so i get that all to myself, but sometimes have to wait for squats.
Out of interest which muscle groups do u combine on different days?

At the mo im doing
Mon: Back/Traps
Tues: Chest/Biceps
Thurs: Legs
Fri : Shoulders/Triceps
I mix it up quite often though, for example if i have a heavy chest workout i havent got the energy for biceps. This week my training has been messed up though because ive been off work so my daily routine has been different.

Similar to what i have been doing
Mon: Chest, biceps
tuesday: Back,
thursday: shoulders, triceps
friday: legs
i change every two weeks or so, my only downfall is my nutrional side as gettin the food and supplements i want/need is a pain in the arse so im not gaining much weight at all

Im getting pissed off with my gym at the mo, it's got quite a large asian population and they annoy me. Not because they're asian, but i dont even know why they bother. They hang around in groups and spend more time lifting there phones to there ears than lifting weights. And who the f*ck trains in a vest AND a wooly hat?! Some even train with their hood up. Oh... and they lift piddly weights and grunt/shout/scream like they're giving birth.

it wouldnt be if i was in a country that had normal food, when i was in england i was starting to gain weight nicely, as soon as i got here just from the climate alone i lost nearly 10 pounds in a matter of 2 weeks

true, then again im sure he can get around the import costs for supplements, i looked at importing optimum nutrition, costs 30 quid in england say, then it nearly amounted to 100quid just to get it here, thats if customs even let it through
So im stuck to buying bulk chicken and tuna, and eggs, and forever cooking.
As for your gym being full of asians doing f all, i get old old men sweating and grunting on running and cross trainers, and if they get to the cd player first, classic rock:S

Chicken, tuna and eggs will make you grow alot more than protein powder, so that's probably doing you a favour!

M333KS, i know what you mean. I dieted down to around 15.5 stone but lost loads of strength and muscle. Probably because i lost it quick though. Ive never done a bf test so wouldn't know the %, im not looking to compete anytime soon though so no need really. I have veins running through my delts and biceps etc so im happy with my levels.
