Spax do decent budget stuff, also look at Gaz and Bilstein.

but wot other option is there closer to that price then that can lower a car to about -70mm? i dont know of any?

Just go for the coilovers mate you'v got 2 years garentee with them so you no there covered, ok there not braned dont cost hundreds but they go bloody low and cheap im guna get some i rekon be good fun for abit im not intrested wether they will be ok to use with a bigger engione casuse im sticking with a 1.2 and wont be doing track days so they suit me fine, dont get me wrong thou if i could aford the decent ones i would love to get some but i cant so guna give these a try

agree with matt.

My brothers got cheapo coilovers on his polo gt (like the ebay set) and hes never had any trouble with them and considering they been on his car nearly 3 years now, theyre still mint

ive fitted a few sets of jamex ones for a few peps i know on corsa's, all of them are happy with them and rides pretty good also.

yeh,cheers guys,think i mite just get them cos im just turning 17 but already have my corsa,a 1.2 16v so cant really afford to go any higher than that,i was even considering 1 of those streetline fixed kits which are 160 posted or summin off ebay,anyone know if these are good?

The street line fixed kit has had alot of bad reviews to be honest a few poeple off here have commented that they have a unberable hard ride and one lad even said it had split his paint on his side skirts he was selling his set in "parts offered" last week havent herd many good reviews, have ago with the coilovers that what im going to give ago i think
