driving home from stirling got pulled over 3 times driving home i was deaf by the time i got home. burnt all my underseal with the little bursts of flames coming out the manifold hahaha. first two times i was pulled over i explaind iv just been pulled over litraly 5 min ago and explaind it fell of they were reasonable and understanding but the third guy

policeman said quote " you are exceeding 120db"

i replied " A?i cant hear you" he wasnt hapy he reached in my window turnd off my car and said you are exceeding 120db! step out the car.

i said and u dont think i know this probably shouldnt of been cheeky i explaind it fell off and was in the back seat of my car and for some reason he thought i was doing it to be smart calling me a discracefull boy racer i mean what was i ment to do pull over and jak it up at the side of the road and fix it? with no tools? he gave me a 60pound fine. can he do that? i supose he can because he is the law. whats peoples views opinions?

he cant fine you for noise pollotion unless he has a noise tester to test if it goes over the certain decibels,go to the police station complain to someone higer up,theres no way id pay it

and then they should really give you a rectification notice not a fine

I endured a 50 mile drive down the motorway when my exhaust pipe broke away at the manifold flange.

I decided to go deaf by loud music.

Tell me about it - in a morning on the A52 everysits in the outside lane 2 foot away from each other doing 65 and no one goes in the first lane
