I work in an office block, there is only a limited number of car parking spaces and I'm not high enough up the food chain to have one. So I have to park out on the street. I keep getting leaflets put on my window from an individual from a company in the same block, saying that I'm causing a hazard and that I’m inconsiderate, by parking on the road outside as people can't see to pull out. It’s not a proper junction it's like a house drive, I park as far back from it as possible 3/4 car lengths, the opposite side of the road is residents only and there isn't anywhere else I can park. The last one that was put on my window threatens to report me. Can I get into trouble for this? Many other people park there as well.

The fact that many other people do it doesn't affect the legality of you doing it.
My advice would be to see if it is actually illegal and park accordingly. If so then this person has no grounds to report and if they do it'll go nowhere.
Be very careful though as there are lots of offences regarding obstruction and being inconsiderate which you may fall foul of it you are doing so. Perhaps you could run this by the police first of all to see what they make of it.
Or give us pics of the junction or something. But you need to know whether an offence is actually taking place.

If they report you, yes.
Get pictures up and it'll make more sense.

I parked in a residential area for a few days, the spot i used was always empty and just up off the road. Everyday when i came back to the car someone had kicked my wing mirror off.
Got sick of putting it back on and it got a bit more damaged everytime the badgers did it so stopped parking there.
Wish now though i had of hidden and watched to see who did it so i could stick a melon up their hole.

Parking spaces in residential areas normally cost quite a premium due to there only being a handful and such high demand
I'm not saying damaging someone car is the right response but it did get your attention

well if the badger is complaining about not being able to see when pulling out of the junction ask him to swap places with you as you dont mind the risk and he wont have to face the risk any longer as hes parkedf on the junction, if he says no polity tell him to STFU

This is a very quiet area in a very small town though were there is always spaces to park, no-one would ever be unable to get a park. I thought it was just a bit childish when it was causing no upset or harm to anyone or anything.

I'm afraid i dont have any sympathy, not a direct dig at you but the people who build offices in residential areas without enough spaces for the people who work there.
Driving a 7.5tonner i am always finding myself squeezing thru parked cars with barely any room and struggling to get into entrances because of the way people park.
Like i said i dont blame you directly but i always point out to people that if i was a fire engine trying to get to their house would they still park inconciderately.

clue up on the highway code, your not allowed to park a certain distance away form a junction and stick it to your front window next time you go to work
