Just having a browse on ebay... it says that you can gain at least "10bhp"
is this true?

They look quite a good 4-1 design, apart from the stupid lambda location.
Id doubt youd see 10hp on a standard engine. Maybe with cams etc yeah.

lol they say anything to get the boyracers out there to buy them... my engine is standard apart from piperX... if I wanted to mod my car I'd want to do it properly (eg the whole thing interior, exterior engine etc) but I just dont have that sort of money....!

Thats a 4-1 manifold it works in high rpm
4-2-1 i think is better for a road car as its better in the mid range.
At least is a little optermistic
If you did fit it and had the rest a normal corsa exhaust i cant see the 10bhp happening i really think places like this should have dyno graphs to back up claims.
I optted for a chepo manifold and full system from sportex might loose at least 10bhp

Even a dyno graph wouldn't prove much, as you can make them read whatever you want, depending on what temperature compensation values etc you input.

they are rubbish manifolds. bad design, collector flange is shockingly bad as it steps from 2.25" to 1.75" and they scrape on speedbumps.
