quick cheapest place to buy decent egg whites (in pump or tub form) that have a decent date on them cheers .

er bout 6-7 for large egg, 3ish in the whites rest in the yolk, i think.

why protein shaekes are a godesend lol just use them with egg whites to best of both worlds.

quite a lot there like 33 egg whites in a bottle, each egg white is like 3mg of protein.

protein power is something like 24g per scoop, so you would go through a lot if your replacing your protein power with egg whites lol i suggest you buy in bulk.

tbh i just buy normal egg white 30 eggs for £2:24 in asda. 4 egg whites 1 yolk in a shaker 2 scoops of ice cream, bit of milk blend and its gorgeous

Well it can give you salmonela. Best bet is to buy the bottle of liquid egg whites from myprotein and then scramble them in morning or can make an omlette with veg etc.
